Whipped Coffee

And you know what’s good with zucchini bread? COFFEE!!!

Yes, I gave in to the craze of making whipped coffee or Dalgona coffee.  And yes, I would say it’s worth the arm workout.  And yes, it’s another way to pass the time. Here’s how I made it.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons instant coffee (other ground coffee would not work)

2 tablespoons sugar (white sugar was the only available sugar)

2 tablespoons hot water

1 cup milk (any kind will do, I used almond milk)

Directions:

  • Mix the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water
  • Whip it until you can’t whip anymore. It took me 9mins. & 31 secs. (Shaun T. could just be so proud – anyone doing Insanity workouts ??? It’s truly insane!!)
  • Pour the whipped coffee over the glass of milk

Now, enjoy it with the Zucchini Bread!
